Lean and Green Spaghetti Squash and Italian Ragu
Serves 2
1 leanest, 3 greens, 2 condiments
14 oz ground turkey (99% fat free)
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup chopped zucchini
1 cup cooked Spaghetti Squash
2 servings Italian Ragu (see recipe)
2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
Add cooked turkey to sauteed veggies,
sauce and spaghetti squash.
Top with cheese.
