Lean and Green Lettuce Wrap
Serves 2
1 leanest, 3 greens, 3 condiments
14 oz ground turkey
2 cups finely chopped mushrooms
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1.5 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp hoisin sauce
1.5 cups Romain lettuce
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Cook ground turkey in a medium skillet until cooked, add ground ginger, mushrooms and garlic.
Stir and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes or until mushroom liquid has evaporated.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce and simmer for 4-5 minutes to blend flavors.
Serve on romaine lettuce leaves topped with green onions.
