Hawaiian Fried Rice
4 cups cooked rice (day before is best)
1 med sweet yellow onion diced
1 tsp ground ginger
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 can spam diced + 1 tbsp oil
4-5 strips bacon (1/2 cooked) (cooked using the Small Ridged Baker)
1/2 16 oz bag frozen peas and carrots
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
8-9 chopped green onions
3 eggs beaten and cooked (add 1 tsp soy sauce)
Salt to taste
Sriracha to taste
Over medium heat (Using a Bamboo Spoon)
Cook spam with oil, till light brown
Add onion and cook till soft
Add garlic and ginger cook till fragrant
Add bacon
Add frozen peas and carrots cook till heated through
Add rice and mix throughly
Add cooked egg
Add sesame oil and mix
Add soy sauce and rice wine vinegar and mix
Add green onions and mix
