Cucumber Salad with Shrimp & Dill
Serves 2
1 leanest, 1 Healthy fat, 3 Greens, 2 condiments
14 oz Shrimp (cooked per bag’s instruction)
2 tbsp Light Mayo
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup dill weed
1/8 tsp salt
2 Cups Cucumber (diced)
Mix all ingredients until well combined and serve over 2 cups of greens.
