Lean and Green Crab Cakes
Serves 2
1 leanest, 2 healthy fat, 3 condiments, 3 greens
12 oz. Crab
2 egg whites
1 tbsp light mayo
1 tsp Worcester Sauce
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup green onion
3 tsp lemon juice
Serve over
2 cups greens (lettuce/spinach)
1 cup cucumber
1/4 cup green onion
Dressing:
2 tsp oil,
2 tsp lemon juice
Mix egg whites, Worcester sauce, garlic and lemon juice.
Break up crab and mix with parsley and green onion.
Pour egg mixture of over top of cakes.
Make into 4 equal patties.
Bake in the airfryer at 375 for about 16 minutes or until beginning to brown.
Serve over dressed greens.
