Kalua Pork

2-3 LBS of pork roast/shoulder/loin
1/2 – 3/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbls soy sauce
2 tbls liquid smoke
1 tbls red alaea sea salt

2-3 cups chopped/shredded cabbage
1 medium onion chopped

*serve with rice or on corn tortillas

Slow cooker- 4 hours on high

Quick cooker – 18 min on high pressure, manual release (or longer depending on how dense the meat is or what cut, refer to your “Quick Cooker Cooking Guide” from Pampered Chef)

Shred pork and add cabbage and onions till soft
