Wood Salad Bowls and Server

Recipe:

1/2 loaf crusty bread
3 ripe tomatoes (thinly sliced in wedges)
1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
1 cucumber (cut half moons – thin)
2 hands arugula
1 cup basil leaves (torn)
Salt/pepper to taste
Red wine vinegar
Olive oil

Moisten bite size chunks of bread in cold water and wring out
Drizzle with vinegar & add salt/pepper to taste
Add tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, arugula
Toss well & add olive oil to coat
Balance with vinegar salt and pepper
