Serves 2 1 leaner, 1 HF, 3 Greens and 2.5 Condiments 12oz pork chops 1 tsp olive oil 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 tsp tomato paste 1/2 cup chicken broth 1.5 oz sliced kalamata olives 2 tbsp sliced onions 3 cups sliced colored peppers Turn on an airfryer or oven to 400 degrees. Prepare both sides of the pork with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes or internal temperature of 145 degrees. In a frying pan add oil and peppers. Saute till peppers are softening, add onions. Saute until just starting to caramelize, add chicken broth to declare. Mix in tomato paste. Mix throughly. Add olives and serve with pork chops.
